Prices, packages, and timelines shown on this site are honest starting points to help you budget — not binding offers. Every project gets a fixed quote in writing before any deposit, and a project only begins once we've both agreed to that written scope. Submitting the contact form starts a conversation; it doesn't create a contract.

The text, design, logos, and images on this site are owned by Basin Hosting & Web Design or used with permission, and are protected by copyright and trademark law. Portfolio work is shown to illustrate what we do; those sites and brands belong to their respective owners.

This is separate from the work we build for you. When we complete a project, the domain, the code, the content, and the images are yours, as spelled out in your project agreement.
